I am finally attempting to get back on the chartership trail, after over a year of not doing very much chartership-related stuff at all. Well, I emailed my boss about going to the meetings, and he said…he will see. I’m not sure what this means! He will ask about me going to Information Services Committee meetings, which is fair enough, as he is not in charge of those, but I’m not sure what there is to ’see’ about me [...]

Someone raised a good point on the chartership email list yesterday, when she asked how people manage to do things towards their chartership and actually have a life outside of work! My response was as follows:
